An extraordinary adventure through the heart of Central Asia, combining dramatic canyons, turquoise alpine lakes, nomadic traditions, and the legendary Silk Road cities of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Day 1
Arrive at Almaty International Airport, where our adventure begins. After checking into the hotel and taking some time to relax, we’ll head out to discover Kazakhstan’s cultural capital. Explore the city’s vibrant streets, beautiful parks, local landmarks, and lively atmosphere while enjoying your first taste of Kazakh cuisine.
Leave Almaty behind and journey through the spectacular Kazakh countryside to one of Central Asia’s greatest natural wonders. Walk through the breathtaking Valley of Castles in Charyn Canyon before stopping at the dramatic Black Canyon viewpoint. As the day comes to an end, experience authentic nomadic hospitality by spending the night in a traditional Kazakh yurt beneath a sky full of stars.
Start the day with an unforgettable visit to the surreal Kaindy Lake, famous for its submerged forest rising from crystal-clear turquoise waters. Continue to the stunning Kolsai Lake, surrounded by pine forests and majestic mountains, where you’ll enjoy peaceful walks and incredible photo opportunities before returning to your yurt camp for another memorable evening.
Discover the beautiful alpine scenery of Issyk Lake before continuing to the vast Assy Plateau, known for its endless green landscapes, grazing horses, and panoramic mountain views. After a day immersed in nature, return to Almaty for a comfortable overnight stay.
Visit the breathtaking Big Almaty Lake, one of Kazakhstan’s most iconic natural landmarks, nestled high in the Tian Shan Mountains. Enjoy spectacular viewpoints, fresh mountain air, and some of the best photography spots in the region before spending your final evening exploring Almaty at your own pace.
Take a morning flight to the legendary city of Samarkand, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Explore its magnificent architectural masterpieces, including grand madrasas, vibrant squares, and stunning mausoleums that once stood at the heart of the Silk Road.
Enjoy a relaxed morning with free time to shop for handmade souvenirs, local crafts, and traditional Uzbek products. Later, travel to the historic city of Bukhara, where centuries of history and beautifully preserved Islamic architecture await.
Spend the day discovering Bukhara’s UNESCO-listed old town. Wander through ancient streets, visit magnificent mosques, madrasas, bustling trading domes, and historical fortresses while experiencing the authentic atmosphere of one of Central Asia’s most fascinating cities.
Travel to Uzbekistan’s modern capital, Tashkent. Explore a fascinating blend of Soviet architecture, Islamic heritage, vibrant bazaars, beautiful metro stations, and lively city squares during an exciting sightseeing tour.
Enjoy a full day at your leisure. Shop at local markets and modern malls, relax in cafĂ©s, or visit Magic City, one of Tashkent’s most popular entertainment parks, offering attractions, restaurants, and a vibrant atmosphere for all ages. Day 11 | It’s time to say goodbye to Central Asia.
